I have tried everything…!!!

I really feel bad when I meet someone facing the situations that I have passed through, and think about him how I could help him. That was my first thinking set of mind. Now I help with force. Help because I already have the responsibility for helping others. Help the reason, Referred to my job that made me meet a lot of people from different backgrounds, educations and cultures, through giving courses and training them to change.
I really feel sad when I see someone does not know how to put a goal for self and follow, how he does not know to communicate and understand others, how he does not know how to say his opinion and just have to follow, obey others without stating his reasons to say NO.
Resisting CHANGE!!!
I really tried everything in life… and know how it is so hard to control self. By passing this state of mind it is so easy NOW.
So Lets try with us together, boosting our mind set to another room.
To make changes that last, you absolutely must develop positive ones to fill the void or else you stand a great chance of slipping back into old ways of feeling and acting - or of developing new bad patterns.
Ever know anyone who quit smoking only to replace that habit with overeating?
So you know what I'm talking about...
Next, you need to install the beliefs and attitudes of champions.
Let’s take it in steps together: PHASE 1
1) Trust yourself.
Say: I will do it…I will change a certain habit for whatever it could cost me for.
Say: I will break the rules... I will choose that road instead of the other.
Say: I have no time to wait or to procrastinate, I will only live once in youth period, so I have to enjoy it with the right way.
Say: I will not give myself excuses, to go back. I am responsible, I am RIGHT to change; I am HERE to live RIGHT.
2) Trust your Qualities.
Each one of us has the qualities needed to be, to do and also to have what you want. But it is only the way, the way you follow to get them.
The RIGHT way is hard but LASTS!!
3) Imagine the Self-Image of your success.
Your self image is the first step to realize about the big YOU.
Even if it is weak or strong it is brought from hidden self of us. It indicates how well or poorly you do at everything around.
Imagine your success after changing; get the end state of mind, the end point that you will reach after the changing process.
Say: I am already succeeded and feel the success while changing.
4) Get your PURPOSE, “WHY”
Ask yourself why you want to change and you will find more reasons than excuses that you used to give to yourself.
The most reason for the purpose will be YOU; that feeling of the relaxing stage that delivers the perfection of achieving dreams.
Know the WIIFM; “What’s in for me”; the point that will make you do your BEST.
5) Track SELF.
By tracking yourself each day, to see the results that you have achieved, is the best way to keep you on track.
Try always to motivate yourself like this; Most of us track the money we spent each day for not exceeding the limit.
Ask yourself: which is more important; tracking my money spent or myself!!!
Myself the origin of that money I already brought.
It’s a hard equation to follow, but it is so easy to get used to it.
6) Imagine, Visualize, Feel, each success you reached.
The reason for imagining and feeling is that we as human beings do not remember things except we feel and see them.
We do not do anything except we really use our senses to realize these things. Our brain is set to serve only IMAGES using our senses.
Do this as a usual habit to take the right actions, right words, feel what you want to feel in each moment you pass through.
